Enter the fax number or click Contacts to select the number of the recipient. You may select a single contact by clicking Personal or a contact group by clicking Groups. Select your Fax Recipient/s. Select Use Cover Page if you want to use a Cover Page, and then choose a template from the list. NOTE: Click Preview to see how your fax will look like when you send it. Enter a note in the Cover Page Note box. Click the source of the document to be faxed. NOTE: Cloud-based storage sources must be authorized. IMPORTANT: The combined size of attached files should not exceed the 25MB limit. Click Send Now if you want to send the fax right away. Click Schedule if you want to specify the Date and Time for the fax to be sent. If the fax message was not successfully sent, resend your failed fax by going to the Outbox section. Using Email: Open your email account to compose a message. Enter the 10-digit phone number of your recipient in the To: field followed by @rcfax.com. Do not type anything in the body section of your mail. QUICK TIP: You can also use the Add Cc: field to type in the fax number of the recipient. IMPORTANT: The domain "@rcfax.com" is applicable to one (1) to fifty (50) recipients. For fifty one (51) recipients or more you will need to fill out a Credit Card Authorization Form (CCAF) to enable Fax Broadcasting. Enter the Cover Page Note in the Subject field. NOTE: The Fax Cover Page details will depend on your default settings. IMPORTANT: A Cover Page will be sent even if you leave the subject line blank as long as the "Omit cover page when email subject is blank" is turned off from the RingCentral Fax online account. You can turn it on to send a fax without a cover page when you leave the Email-to-Fax's Subject Field BLANK. Attach the documents you want to fax. Click Send.
