Create a new user
You can create a user with any level user account you are able to log in to.
- Log in to Litmos
- There are two places to create a new user. On your dashboard is a shortcut, or when you click People.
- If you click People, you then need to click Add a new person.
- Once you get to the page title Add a new person, fill out the fields.
- Make the email address of the person their username
- Make sure you add a user based on their access level - Learner (basic access) or Team Leader/Team Admin
- Enter the email address for the user - this should fill out automatically when you type in the username
- Click either Add person or Add person and fill out another if you are adding multiple users.
- The user will get an email so that they can set up their password and log in to the system. You can then go to the user's profile page, where you can assign them to teams.
