Microsoft Office installation troubleshooting

Please can you select Option 2 in this link to completely uninstall Office - https://support.office.com/en-us/article/uninstall-office-from-a-pc-9dd49b83-264a-477a-8fcc-2fdf5dbf61d8
Then reinstall the software from portal.office.com using the users login credentials > Home Page > Install Office
If the product still does not activate when you launch any of the software. Try this next:
Run a Command line and right click to run as administrator
Paste cscript.exe "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Microsoft Office\Office16\ospp.vbs" /dstatus
then put the last 4 digits where the XXXX is of the keys from the last command into: cscript.exe "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Microsoft Office\Office16\ospp.vbs" /unpkey:XXXX
Once you have put the digits in paste this into the command line
Repeat for any other installs detected
Launch Office again and it should activate.
If it does not:
Remove the Identities folder from the Registry

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity\Identities and delete the "Identities" folder
