Install TextNow on your Desktop

For Multi-Factor Authentication, you need a phone number. If you do not have a company phone and do not wish to use your personal phone, here is an option.

1. Go to https://www.textnow.com/downloads

2. Click Download Free for Windows.

3. Click the blue Get button under Free in the upper right corner.

4. It will ask to Open Microsoft Store in a pop up. Click Open Microsoft Store.

5. Click the blue Install button. If it asks to sign in, you can decline.

6. You should have a pop up at the bottom right of your screen when it finishes downloading. You can hit Launch.

You can also Launch from the Microsoft Store or from your programs menu under Text Now (click Start and scroll down to TextNow).
