Configuring DocumentsCorePack
After installation, if DocumentsCorePack is not working properly, it may need to be reconfigured.
1. In the right corner of the taskbar, there should be a symbol that looks like this:
You may need to expand the options to see this symbol by clicking the up arrow:
2. If there is, right-click and choose "Configuration."
If there isn't, search "DataProvider - DocumentsCorePack Client for Dynamics 365" and it will open the program so you can right-click the symbol.
3. It should come up with a box similar to this:
4. Click "Change Logon."
5. Click "Prefer Server2Server authentication" if it is not checked.
6. Click "Retrieve all Organizations"
7. Click exploriuseducation
8. It should pop up at the bottom saying DocumentCorePack Provider is connected to Dynamics 365.
*It might initially come up with an error saying something is disabled. Ignore that and try and re-open - it should now be connected.
