- When installing, if the user already has DocumentsCorePack Client running, you can use that profile for step 1.5 to connect to Dynamics 365.

1. To check and see if the service is running, look in the taskbar for the following symbol (a printer in front of the mscrm-addon logo):

**If it is not there, search for PrintService - DocumentsCorePack for Dynamics 365 on your computer to get it up and running:

2. Right-click it and choose Open Config to bring up the configuration, so you can add or edit a printer.
