How to Join a Meeting

Join from Calendar

Select Calendar Meetings button on the left side of the app to see your meetings. Find the meeting you want, and then select Join.

Join from Chat

If the meeting has already begun, it appears in your recent chat list. Select the meeting in your chat list and then select Join at the top of the chat.

Join from Link

The Copy link is to provide the same link you would see in an email invite to a scheduled Teams meeting.

Go to the meeting link that has been shared with you

Click to Join on the web instead (recommend this If your guest don’t have app and account)

Enter your name and click join
