Install and Prepare for Remote Control
1. Go to this link and download the program: https://download.teamviewer.com/download/TeamViewer_Setup.exe
2. Run the downloaded program to install it
3. If the following pops up, choose Default Installation and Company/ Commercial use. Click "Yes" to install.
4. You do not need to sign in. Click on the two arrows pointing away from each other
5. Give IT Support the information under "Your ID" and "Password."
Your ID should be 10 digits
Password will be 6 characters - a mix of letters and numbers
*Password will change every 10-15 minutes for safety.
6. If this is your personal computer, you may uninstall TeamViewer after IT finishes helping.
