RingCentral can't recognize device
While signing into RingCentral online, it may ask you for a security code sent to your email for verification. If you receive the below message about not recognizing the device after putting in the code, follow the steps below:
1. At the top right of your browser, you should see a red shield, possibly with a number under it:

2. Click the icon and the following should come up. Click the blue button in the middle:
3. The button and icon should turn gray.
4. Close all windows/tabs of Google Chrome
5. Open Chrome and try to sign in to RingCentral again. It may ask you for a security code one more time, but it should work now. It may also sign you in without a security code.
6. If it doesn't work, try clearing your cache and try again
