Helpdesk Login
How to get logged in to Help Desk and see your ticket progress and possible solution for a variety of issues:
Go to: https://helpdesk.educatius.org/
Then Click the "Sign Up" option in the upper right hand corner
Then sign in using your CETUSA / Educatius email account. You will receive an activation link in your email from Freshworks to finish your sign-up process.
Then you are all set!

If you have a problem or issue that you need help with from IT, send an email to either helpdesk@educatius.org or helpdesk@cetusa.org
You will then receive and activation link to sign up that looks like this:
