TelAssist (Greenheart Phone Service)
TelAssist is the Greenheart Emergency call service. How it works: A published Emergency S-Net number is forwarded to TelAssist and the TelAssist operator routes the call to the correct on call persons in the department 24/7 Make sure to only use the information included in this article to troubleshoot TelAssist issues, the info contained here has been verified with TelAssist and the info that operations provides is old/outdated for the most part.
If there is a TelAssist issue (i.e. a ticket from a Greenheart user about emergency number answering or forwarding) ask S-Net to test the S-net number and call TelAssist to have them check the service on their number use the account number when dealing with TelAssist this is faster, the issue is normally on the TelAssist side. I have also included the TelAssist support email, but I have never received a reply from them using it.
* the numbers for Greenheart Travel and Teach USA are TelAssist Numbers they do not have an S-Net forwarding number.
