Install iPECS UCS Mobile App

1. Make sure to install and connect to the VPN first before setting up and signing in to iPECS UCS mobile app. Refer to this guide in installing and connecting to the VPN mobile app: https://helpdesk.athenaadminservices.com/support/solutions/articles/1000061164
2. Once downloaded, open the app.
3. Under Server Type, select Standard then under Call, select with VoIP.
4. Press OK.
5. On the Account Settings screen, press on the Hamburger menu (or the triple bar menu) on the upper-right part of the screen, then select Network Settings.
6. Check Enable using VPN if VPN is available, then go back to the previous screen.
7. Enter the provided User ID and Password, then under Server, enter 10.0.0.201.
8. Check Cellular Data if you are using your mobile data instead of WiFi connection.
9. Press on Sign in.
10. Once successfully signed in, you'll see the Dashboard below.
