How to Log in to Helpdesk Using Single Sign-On (SSO) Step 1: Open Freshworks Action: Launch your web browser and navigate to Freshworks - Login page Note: EGAB Support page Cetusa Support page Greenheart Support page Step 2: Click on the “Sign in with SSO” Option Action: On the login page, look for and click the “Sign in with SSO” button. This option is usually below the standard Sign in with Google field. Step 4: Authenticate Using Your SSO Credentials Action: You will be redirected to your organization’s SSO login page. Enter your SSO credentials, which is your work email and password Input your email and click “Next.” Enter your Password and click Sign in Step 5: Complete Additional Security Checks Action: The organization uses additional security measures called two-factor authentication (2FA), complete the steps as instructed (using an authenticator app, Call, or SMS verification methods). You can choose whether to stay Signed in to reduce the number of times you are asked to sign in. Step 6: Access Your Freshworks Dashboard Action: Once you successfully authenticate, you will be redirected to your Freshworks dashboard. From here, you can access our helpdesk tools and features.
