Install and Setup iPECS UCS desktop app Download the installer using this link: https://exploriuseducation-my.sharepoint.com/:u:/r/personal/john_derla_athenaadminservices_com/Documents/Public/UCSClient.exe?csf=1&web=1&e=w5A7O9 Open the installer and install all the apps it asks you to install. Once the installation is done, open the UCS app. Check "Private networks" and then "Allow access" to Windows Security Alert popup. Enter admin details when asked. Click on the gear icon on the upper-right corner of the UCS Client, then configure using the following details: IP Address: 10.0.0.201 UCS License: Standard Enter the User ID and Password. You can check "Remember User ID", "Remember Password", and "Auto Login" if the user prefers. If Windows Security Alert popup appears again, just click on "Allow access". Once logged in, have the user test the app by making and receiving calls.
